Adjusting instead of replacing wear parts: With the patent-pending HiCone progressing cavity pump system, Vogelsang is the first company to offer an innovative and efficient adjustment and readjustment system for many biogas plant applications that compensates 100% for the effects of wear. Thanks to the globally unique conical rotor and stator geometry, the clamping between the pumping elements can be reduced to the minimum required level. The HiCone progressing cavity pump can thus be optimally adapted to changing operating conditions, e.g. pressure, temperature, wear. And all this during operation!
